Made from a deep red stretch velvet. The cut of the dress fits tight to the body .The upper body has a plunging deep V neckline. The sleeves are long a tapered which are cut into a point at the cuffs. There is a decorative diamond cut panel at the front of the dress. The back of of the dress is very interesting with a very long train and a cute little devils tail sewn to one side.
One of the most memorable features in this classic film is the sight of Fenella Fielding dressed in that gorgeous, figure-hugging red dress.
No wonder the lecherous Oddbod picked her up and wouldn't let her down!
